Needs Analysis We will setup a time to discuss what your business needs to build an internet presence, what you are expecting from your website, discuss design ideas to best showcase your business and determine any special features your site will need.
Website Development Quote After our Needs Analysis is completed, we will provide you with one to two design ideas, a site map for all pages to be included in your website and a quote for the total cost of the project.
Website Development Contract Once we have come to an agreement on project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and send back with your deposit.
Initial Deposit The signed contract and 50% deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for your project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion.
This would also be a good time to provide us with any business logos, images, text and any product information that you would like to see on your site.
Domain Name Registration and Website Hosting If needed, we will immediately secure your desired domain name (pending availability). The domain name will be registered in your name with your contact information and you will be the only registrant on file.
Development Begins Upon receipt of deposit and signed contract, we begin writing the code and making any necessary changes to finalize the design. We will provide timely updates and you will be able to review your site in progress on our testing servers at any time.
Testing In the testing phase, we check that the site is optimized for search engines through meta tags, page titles, page headings and page body text (content). Your website is tested on a variety of web browsers to ensure proper display and functionality across different browser types. Any forms included in your website are tested to ensure they are functioning as required.
You will also be able to fully test out your website on our testing servers before your site goes live to the 'outside' world.
Website Launch Final payment is due upon completion of testing and prior to website launch. Upon receipt, all necessary files will be uploaded to your domain hosting servers and we will confirm that your website is fully functioning.
Any documentation or training needed on use of your site administration pages/functions will be provided at this time.
Project Completion Any minor adjustments to the website are included at no extra charge for minor changes such as changing or adding text, adding or changing photos, additional training, etc., (maximum of up to 4 hours of labor).
Any major revision requests may incur an additional fee.
